Warranty
All AC units sold by Goldy Air have a 5 year manufacturer’s warranty on parts and labour.
Warranty:
The warranty will be voided by the manufacturer if the system is not installed by a fully licensed and qualified trade’s person or not installed according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Under these circumstances any repair costs will be the responsibility of the client.
Goldy Air can assist if a warranty issue arises. First the client needs to contact the company that installed the unit, then the manufacturer. See below for the manufacturer contact information.
When placing a warranty claim you will need to provide proof of purchase (your tax invoice) and an installation invoice.
